A B2B supply chain dashboard that visualizes the carbon footprint of fashion logistics in real-time. We turned messy spreadsheet data into an interactive 3D globe, allowing brands to optimize their routes for sustainability.

The Challenge

Fashion brands want to be sustainable, but supply chain data is fragmented. A single t-shirt involves multiple countries and suppliers, with data hidden in thousands of disconnected Excel spreadsheets. Brands couldn't cut emissions because they couldn't *see* them.

The Solution

We built a "Journey Map" engine that ingests spreadsheets and geolocates every step of the supply chain on a 3D WebGL globe. We normalized all data (water, electricity, fuel) into a single "CO2e" metric. We also added an "Impact Toggle" simulation, allowing officers to see how switching logistics (e.g., Air to Sea) would drop their carbon score in real-time.

The Outcomes

100% Visibility of Tier 2 and Tier 3 suppliers for the first time.
18% Reduction in Scope 3 emissions in the first year.
Savings: An estimated $2M saved in carbon tax credits for their pilot client.
